Special Meeting Minutes

Thursday, December 15, 2005

6:00pm at the Superintendent’s Office

Those Present:

Sabrina Doak, Chairperson; Vickie Merrill; Paul Seaman; Forest York, Sr.; Tom Soule, Principal; and William Shuttleworth, Superintendent of Schools. Ann Chapman, legal counsel, David Miller and Peter Wagner, board members elect were also present.

Call to Order

Mrs. Doak called the meeting to order at 6:00pm.

II.

Public Session

None

III.

Executive Session pursuant to Title 1-MRSA, Section 405(6) (D) to discuss contract negotiations

F. York moved to enter Executive Session pursuant to Title 1-MRSA, Section 405(6) (D) to discuss contract negotiations at 6:01pm; P. Seaman seconded the motion.

Vote: Approved 3 to 0

Mrs. Doak declared the board back in Public Session at 7:02 p.m.

NO PUBLIC ACTION TAKEN

Adjourn

Mrs. Doak adjourned the meeting at 7:05 pm.
