On Thursday, July 7, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. the Woolwich Planning Board will conduct a site walk at 787 U.S. Route 1 for Maine Auto Finance owned by Robert Newcomb on his request for site plan approval to operate a Auto Sales Lot with 40-50 cars and trucks for sale at Tax Map R-5, Lot 52A in the General Purpose Zone.

On Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. the Woolwich Planning Board will conduct a site walk of land owned by Charles Cromwell on Saunders Road for a 12 lot subdivision at Tax Map R-5, Lot 47 in the General Purpose Zone.

On Monday, July 25, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. the Woolwich Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Town Office, 13 Nequasset Road, in regard to an application by Philip Sewall of Durham for a final Phase Three -
3 lot subdivision on Stagecoach Road at Tax Map R-7, Lot 59 in the Rural Zone.
