Executive Session to Consider a Personnel Matter: Motion by Dale at 4:00 p.m., seconded by Rita, to go into an Executive Session, under 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6)(A), to consider a personnel matter. The motion passed unanimously. Motion by Dale, seconded by Rita, at 4:25 p.m. to come out of Executive Session. The motion passed unanimously.
