CLERICAL ASSISTANT VACANCY: Motion by Todd, seconded by Phillip, to advertise the Clerical Assistant vacancy three times in the Times Record and two times in the Wiscasset Newspaper. The Times Record advertisements will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will start as soon as possible. Applications will be due one week after the last Times Record advertisement. The motion passed unanimously.

SEVERANCE PAY FOR CLERICAL ASSISTANT: Motion by Todd, seconded by Phillip, that vacation severance pay is governed by the Woolwich Personnel Policy ARTICLE IX.D, i.e. severance vacation pay is not authorized unless the person has worked one year. The motion passed unanimously.

ABATEMENT APPEAL OF LARRY A. MELTZER, TAX MAP R-07, LOT 23-5: It was the consensus of the Selectmen to request Stinson Law Office to represent the Town of Woolwich in the abatement appeal.
