PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Prior to the beginning of the regular Selectmen's Meeting, the Asst. Deputy Clerk led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of our country.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING (March 14 & 21, 2005): Motion by Phillip, seconded by Todd, to pass the minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
SELECTMAN'S COMMENTS: Todd and Dave attended the MMA meeting answers to lots of questions. Homestead Exemption is going to better to worse thanks to Governor Baldacci.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: Charlie Durfee expressed ideas in reference to the Woolwich's New School. Building Project Bond for future Aid from the State, Woolwich is #15 on the list. It will take at least 1 to 2 years. Charlie voiced that the Town needs to be looking into a site for the school for land placement for the school. Possibility that existing school whole or part of could be used for Municipal Building if school is moved to a different site.
Discussion on boiler at the school needs a new one.
Diane Longley would like to put an article on the warrant to have no liquor stores in the town of Woolwich also no Porno graph stores in the Town of Woolwich also.
Diane Longley brought to the selectmen's attention that Whitney Drive is no longer on the map and would like it to be put back on the maps.
ROAD COMMISSIONER'S REPORT: Commissioner Jack Shaw discussed about limbs being cut down and being left and not knowing who cut them Dave King was also aware of the problem, Ken Desmond is going to talk to one of his firemen and find out who cut the limbs on Main Street. The limbs were cut due to an accident.
Phillip requested that the selectmen get some type of a bill on subdivision fees damage impact. Town does not have impact fees. Town needs something to show when damages are done to roads when trucks are working on subdivision.
FIRE CHIEF'S REPORT: Ken Desmond, Fire Chief, reported that there had been 9 runs &endash; 6 Ambulance &endash; 3 Fire
OLD BUSINESS: Performance Bond, Town received reimbursement check.

OTHER: Paul Grover AOC speaks about the Contract goes To 2006 &endash; Lincoln County Contract. Have Lloyd look into when Contract runs out. Larry Mann still has a cage, cage is frozen in The snow and ice. Selectman is to Contact Larry Mann.
CODES ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S REPORT: Bill Longley, CEO, reported Lewis Brown split his lot, allowed the lot to be split.
