CLERICAL ASSISTANT VACANCY: Motion by Phillip at 4:00 p.m., seconded by Rita, to enter into an Executive Session [1 M.R.S.A §405(6)(A)] to interview five applicants for the Clerical Assistant vacancy. The motion passed unanimously. Motion by Phillip at 5:45 p.m. to come out of Executive Session. The motion passed unanimously.

CLERICAL ASSISTANT SELECTION: Motion by Todd, seconded by Phillip to offer the position to JB at $11.00 per hour. If she declines, the position will be offered to DS at $10.30 per hour. The motion passed unanimously.
