PART-TIME OFFICE HELP VACANCY: Motion by Phillip at 4:00 p.m., seconded by Dale, to enter into an Executive Session [1 M.R.S.A §405(6)(A)] to interview selected applicants for the Part-Time Office Help vacancy. The motion passed unanimously. Motion by Phillip, seconded by Dale, at 5:00 p.m. to come out of Executive Session. The motion passed unanimously.

PART-TIME OFFICE HELP SELECTION: Motion by Phillip, seconded by Dale, to offer the position to MH at $8.00 per hour with no benefits. It will be a 20 hours per week position. The motion passed unanimously.
