ASSESSING AGENT CONTRACT RENEWAL DISCUSSIONS: Motion by Rita, seconded by Phillip, at 4:15 p.m., to go into an Executive Session under 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6)(D) to discuss renewal of the Assessing Agent's Contract. The motion passed unanimously. Motion by Rita at 4:45 p.m., seconded by Phillip, to come out of Executive Session. The motion passed unanimously.
SELECTMEN'S COMMENTS: David said that the renewal of the Assessing Agent's Contract would be an agenda item at the August 29, 2005 Selectmen's Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: 4:50 p.m.
