ATTENDANCE: Dale Chadbourne, David King, Richard Snell and Rita Sturtevant

TRANSFER STATION COSTS: Motion by Dale, seconded by Rita, to pay $44,906.18 to the Town of Wiscasset for the use of the transfer station from January 1, 1999 to March 31, 1999. The consensus of the Selectmen was that the difference of $4,931.02 between Woolwich's initial offer and the requested amount would be quickly consumed in legal expenses if the dispute went to court. Passed unanimously.
