ATTENDANCE: Dale Chadbourne, Crispin Connery, David King and Rita Sturtevant

TAX ACQUIRED PROPERTY: Motion by David, seconded by Dale, to reject all bids for the property located at Map R-01, Lot 016, and offer it to the former owner, Jane T. Miller for the amount of the current taxes to date plus interest ($2,331.89). Passed unanimously. The two bids that had been received were returned, unopened, to the respective bidders following the vote.
