Family estate of Governor William Tudor Gardiner, c. 1840-1870 (with renovations) and site of the birth of Sir William Phips, first Governor of Massachusetts Bay Colony.


Samuel Soule, c. 1795 Cape, restored with period additions, Murphy's Corner Road.




Capt. Charles William Carter home, c. 1810, Nequasset Road and Route One.


Holbrook Barn, Nequasset Road.


Robert White Tavern, c. 1809, on site where Isaac Smith built store and tavern in 1760. Tavern also was owned by Gould Hathorne on the Kennebec River in Day's Ferry.




Major John Perkins house built
in 1789 by Zebulon Smith in Day's
Ferry.


The Jacob Ames house, 1786, at
Thwing's Point on Kennebec River.
